Privacy policy
Business Quality for Communications & IT ("Business Quality", "we") is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its implementing regulations. This policy explains what data we collect through businessquality.sa, why we collect it, how we protect it, and what your rights are.

2. Data we collect
- Contact form data: name, organisation, email, mobile number, organisation type, requested service, expected timeline, and the description of your needs. We only collect this when you submit it with your consent.
- Limited technical data: when the form is submitted, the IP address is logged solely to protect against abuse and spam.
- Visit statistics: we measure visits, popular pages, traffic sources and device types in aggregate, without cookies and without storing IP addresses or any identifier that could identify you.
3. How we use your data
- To respond to your request or enquiry and contact you about it.
- To provide the services you request and prepare related proposals.
- To protect the website and form from abuse.
- To improve website content based on aggregate statistics that do not identify you.
We do not use your data for marketing without your explicit consent, and we never sell or rent it.
4. Legal basis
We process contact form data on the basis of the consent you give when submitting it, and to act on your request. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.
5. Sharing
We only share data with service providers we rely on to run the website and email, to the extent necessary and subject to their data protection obligations. Some of these services may be located outside the Kingdom; in that case, transfers follow the safeguards set out in the Law and its regulations. We may also disclose data when lawfully required by a competent authority.
6. Retention
We keep contact request data for no longer than 24 months from our last communication with you, unless a contractual relationship or the law requires a longer period. We then destroy it securely. Aggregate statistics contain no personal data.

Under the PDPL, you have the right to:
- Be informed of how and why your data is collected and processed.
- Access your data and obtain a copy of it.
- Request correction, completion or updating of your data.
